Returns & Exchanges

At Mobi, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing in its original packaging and include any promotional inserts or accessories that came with the order.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
